We've been in family-wide Star Wars mode around here for awhile... and though it's not her usual happy, sunshine and flowers bursting-with-color style, we thought Maren's ballpoint pen Darth Vader was a credibly menacing Dark Lord of the Sith.

However - Maren's biggest art critic, Deacon, made sure to point out the less-than-ideal positioning of Vader's hand on the active, deadly blade. He was otherwise complimentary and inspired to begin his own round of Star Wars art, selections of which will undoubtedly be showcased here on the AFB.
