Yesterday the kids were rummaging through a particularly crowded toy bin, so I gave them a bag and asked them to pick out some toys to donate to goodwill.

That is just great! We do similar things with Sydney twice a year for all her toys. A few weeks ago we talked about it and she was picking out three stuffed animals to part with.
Syd: I think we should give this one to somebody who doesn't have any animals because it doesn't work anymore.
I guess they are all as generous as the AFB kids. :) hee hee
