I'm sure the bogo has something to do with all of this.
The I.T. department is at Fry's as we speak purchasing something that will surely fix everything.

That fellow looks just like that hero plumber in San Francisco that saved your house from flooding. Of course that was years ago--It couldn't be him, could it?? There's just something about the set of his jaw and the wise expression on his face..................
