WOW! What can I say? Derek is a true pumpkin artist. He executed Deacon's drawing perfectly and I love the heart nose in the other one!!!
The heart nose and happy face were Deacon's idea! He thought his pumpkin should be scary and Maren's should be happy.
Interesting. Great pumpkin carving. It is amazingly faithful to the designers concept! Pumpkin carving IS an art.
I can see Derek's revised resume...he can add carny worker, church refurbisher and now a pumpkin carver.
